The quickest and best way to get training and help for SaberisConnect is to click on the relevant menu item on the side bar. If you have an error or other issue, please take a look at the FAQs for SaberisConnect.

If you still have problems, emailing support is the next step. You will usually get a response in less than an hour. If you email or phone anyone else, you may not get a response for a day or more.
